This detox plan is only for 5 days.
DAY 1
Breakfast
Fresh fruit salad.
cup of hot water with a lemon slice.
Mid Morning Snack
Carrot sticks with hummus.
Lunch
Homemade vegetable soup made with lentils and beans.

1 Mango
1 Teaspoon Honey
1/2 medium Pineapple
All you have to do is put the banana, mango and honey into the blender and blend.
