The Daily Fitness

I was born in the East End of London in 1975.

After finishing my GCSE’s I was lucky enough to find work in a leading London advertising agency in the accounts department.  After 3 years I decided to go into legal accounting.  I worked for leading London law firms for 12 years before having to give up my career due to Endometriosis and Fibromyalgia.

I now live in Kent and work from home as a freelance inventory typist.

As well as diet, exercise and food my other passions are cooking, reading and writing.

I am in the process of writing my first book, which will be a cookbook.
